I collaborated closely with the founder and director of marketing to bring their vision and sophistication to life. The resulting identity embodies their optimistic outlook and commitment to enhancing daily life while advancing the science of sleep.

The final brandmark is layered with meaning. At a basic level it is an ‘R’ repeated in space to convey rhythm, and the lines combine to form a fluid motion and waves. When seen as a whole, the resulting shape also creates an ‘R’. 

We introduced an optical effect in the curves, which are convex or concave depending on how you view them, adding a level of mystery and a nod to the multiple views and approaches involved with scientific discovery.

The mark also uses seven wave lines which connects back to the seven sounds and colors in the audio visual spectrum.
